Herrmann Support Representative

JOB SUMMARY:

The Herrmann Support plays an integral role in our mission and success of the Whole Brain Initiative and increase the overall number of Thinkers. In this role, you will proactively serve as the support point of contact with Herrmann’s existing and new clients. As a Herrmann Support team member, you will collaborate with every department in our organization with the goal of achieving the best experience for our clients.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Start each day, knowing that you are part of an awesome team where hard work, teamwork and dedication are key ingredients
  • You will serve as our ambassador providing EPIC customer service to internal and external clients
  • Partner with the Client Success Managers in the management of client accounts
  • You will process client’s orders to include HBDI assessment invitations and access links; create and set parameters for corresponding individual/team/group reports; and proactively follow up with clients regarding any incomplete or outstanding orders
  • You will serve as SME (Subject Matter Expert) regarding access & report retrieval within AXON as well serve as a resource to clients regarding Self Service orders in Axon and Thinker Hub
  • You will correspond directly with Self Processor clients and assist with their migration from the HTMS system to AXON platform and provide world class customer support to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • You will submit tickets to Technical Support and Development Team regarding system issues and/or enhancements
  • You will maintain and complete the required Activity Sheet and process client billing to include sending either the invoice or cash receipt to respective clients
  • You will maintain and update the Solution Model Tracking Sheets for each client customer, input all incoming and new leads into Hub Spot and provide status updates to Sales team regarding all orders
  • You will answer the main Herrmann phone line and dispatch to appropriate individual/department as needed and provide timely response to service emails
  • Create cases and assign escalation cases to appropriate departments for follow-up & problem resolution
  • Follow up with Certification participants to encourage practicum completion
  • Contact clients following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • You’re responsible to manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team; effectively communicate with the Sales team and other departments and collaborate with the Sales Team to achieve sales quotas and grow our business

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a High School diploma or GED required
  • You have prior experience working in a comparable Customer Support role
  • You have excellent oral and written skills with proven ability to communicate, present and influence individuals at all levels of the organization and are

Sales Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Coordinator plays an integral role in our mission and success of the Whole Brain initiative and increase the overall number of Thinkers. This role will proactively serve as a resource within the Sales Revenue team to assist in the team’s implementation of programs and attainment of goals.

Individual must be comfortable juggling the demands of project research, daily administrative duties, and have a positive customer-centric personality. The ability to remain calm in stressful and hectic situations, problem solve, and think on your feet is a must.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Provide exemplary support to our Sales Revenue team
  • Collect and compile background research, client and prospect intelligence, and membership engagement information from internal/external databases
  • Organize and maintain necessary volume of program specific marketing collateral and materials for the Sales team
  • Perform weekly/monthly database updates to ensure consistent, accurate clean data
  • Complete ad hoc data queries at Business Development Managers’ and Sales Leadership’s request
  • Assist Sales Operations Manager with compiling various Sales reports and analysis

You should have:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in content/instructional design, content strategy, and creating courseware for adult learners
  • Deep knowledge of learning theories and design principles, models, and methods
  • Experience in content creation of digital products
  • Visual design skills (Captivate, InDesign, Articulate Storyline (or similar), Camtasia, Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record in writing high-quality learning content for adult learners and instructional materials for facilitators

Responsibilities

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the client’s advocate at Herrmann and is responsible for the success of the Whole Brain Initiative. What you should bring…

Business Development Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for the introduction and success of the Whole Brain Initiative. You will actively seek out new business opportunities and introduce the ongoing lifetime value of Whole Brain Thinking. This role is responsible to develop the pipeline of new clients to increase sales opportunities and improve Herrmann’s revenue potential.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

  • You will serve as the initial primary point of contact for all new business clients
  • You’re responsible for developing new accounts and nurture existing ones through consultative selling
  • Utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of Herrmann products and services.
  • Recommend enterprise solution models regarding price plans, data and other improved beneficial services and ultimately negotiate and close deals.
  • You’re expected to build relationships with client customers, handle accounts effectively and manage internal resources to support the customer and the sale plus follow up and manage/nurture the client relationship to close the deal
  • You will conduct ongoing needs assessment to figure out evolving client requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions to increase customer lifetime value & educate clients about features and benefits of products to improve customer happiness and lifetime value
  • You are expected to monitor marketing campaign directed towards new clients and follow up on incoming sales leads from various marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal Client Success Manager (CSM) teammates to maintain a world-class business relationship with clients
  • Actively recommend to the Innovation team client needs and product features to increase client satisfaction and improve transaction value
  • Document all sales activity relative to his/her pipeline to include stages of prospect, expected revenue and time to close
  • Attend client specific Certification sessions and be a resource to the facilitator and participants; Attend regional specific conferences/workshops and serve as a resource to Sr. Leader who may be presenting/facilitating at that event
  • You will engage in continuous learning and demonstrates personal deep understanding of Herrmann products, pricing, and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have 3-5 years’ direct consultative Sales experience (B2B) in SaaS/services
  • Confirmed sales record of accomplishment in generating new business in the vertical channels of telecommunications, industrials, energy, and manufacturing
  • You are experienced in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Docs Suite and web-based SaaS customer platforms (e.g.,
    HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • You can handle multiple projects at a time while keeping designs very detailed oriented to communicate with our internal team and partners and can work under stress and meet scheduled
    deadlines
  • You have excellent oral and written skills with strong analytical skills and proven ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including executives and C-level
  • You’re focused in creating their own path and processes to deliver projects
  • You consider yourself as a self-starter/self-motivated to aid in increasing service efficiency and process;
  • Outstanding Teammate with a positive attitude
  • You have prior experience working in a mobile and remote environment

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, or Marketing, highly preferred
  • If you are fluent in other non-English language, that’s extra
  • You have experience and familiarity with SalesForce.com or similar CRM
  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS /subscription business models, is a huge plus

We are a 100% remote-working company, and this role can be performed from any location of your choosing, so long as you have a high bandwidth internet connection and a relatively quiet workspace to work. We are looking for someone residing preferably in the Central and East Coast region and working hours ought to align with our standard business hours to ensure team interaction and partnership.

You will be expected to be able to travel when needed, and a few times each year you’ll be available to travel to various locations for internal team activities/meetings that require physical presence.

You will…

  • Setup and managed automated testing tools, integrated with the team’s CI/CD workflow
  • Develop automated and manual test cases and work with developers to ensure a comprehensive test strategy
  • Focus on testing applications in Herrmann’s proprietary AXON system and domain, supporting the website process and other cross concept applications and integration components
  • Collaborate with other team members in all aspects of the development cycle, from design through implementation to test and deployment

 

Key responsibilities

  • Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures ensuring they are repeatable and compliant with standards
  • Develop automated tests and the unit, functional and E2E level as appropriate.
  • Manage an automated testing setup, ensuring tests are run at key steps in a CI workflow
  • Review test failures and do thorough root cause analysis to streamline resolution
  • Document software defects and validate after defect resolution
  • Participate in product design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, schedules, issues, and risks
  • Identify deviations from standards and suggest modifications to ensure compliance

You should have…

    • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing and demonstrated proficiency with Selenium, PhantomJS, Karma or other javascript based automated testing tools
    • Ability to review systems and modules to determine what testing to automate
    • Strong knowledge of QA testing principles and strategies
    • Expertise with automation scripting with ability to design, build, test, and deploy end to end solution for complex applications on different browsers and operating systems
    • Experience with incorporating testing into a CI/CD workflow
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines
    • Solid oral and written communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Database/Database file verification experience
    • Team Player with a positive attitude
    • Self-starter/self-motivated to aid in increasing QA’s efficiency and processes
    • Experience working in remote/virtual environment

Location & virtual working

We are a 100% virtual company and this role is primarily supporting our US business.  We are looking for someone preferably to reside in one of our cluster work location of Asheville, Savannah, Washington DC to work during the business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
